Frequently Asked Questions
I changed phones. Do I need to pay again?
No. Simply sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device and use the Restore Purchases option inside the app. Active subscriptions are restored automatically by Apple.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings app, tap your Apple ID profile at the top, select Subscriptions, and manage your Zomroll subscription from there.
How do I report a bug?
Send us an email with your device model, iOS version, and a short description (or screen recording) of the bug. This helps us fix issues much faster!
