Privacy Policy — Zomroll

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Zomroll is provided by Wise Merchant LTD ("Zomroll", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Zomroll iOS app, visit zomroll.com, or contact support.

Zomroll does not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a cloud account or Screen Time database for the app.

2. Information involved in Zomroll

3. The Screen Time privacy boundary

Apple's Screen Time frameworks are designed to limit how protected activity information leaves their system extensions. Zomroll uses available results to render Home, Stats, Humanity, mascot states, and streaks. The app may keep locally observed summaries and mission-related history, but it does not claim to export or retain every protected Screen Time result indefinitely.

We do not send your Screen Time totals, selected apps or categories, mission text, Protocol selections, or profile name to Meta.

4. How we use information

Provide Humanity, mascot states, progress views, Stats, Missions, Quarantine, and Protocols.
Apply app and category restrictions you configure through Apple's Family Controls frameworks.
Deliver warnings and daily reports you choose to enable.
Verify subscriptions, restore purchases, and prevent duplicate conversion reporting.
Measure which advertising campaigns lead to app installs, trials, or subscriptions.
Respond to support requests and improve reliability.
Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Zomroll and its users.

5. Meta SDK, advertising measurement, and tracking

Zomroll includes the Meta iOS SDK. When configured, it records app activation and sends explicit subscription conversion events such as trial starts and subscriptions. A conversion may include the product identifier, original transaction or order identifier, price, currency, and StoreKit environment. Zomroll does not send payment card details, your Apple Account password, or Screen Time information to Meta.

Zomroll uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) system. If you allow tracking, Meta may receive and use a device advertising identifier and link Zomroll activity with information from other companies' apps or websites for advertising measurement or advertising purposes. If you decline, the advertising identifier is unavailable for tracking and Zomroll's core features remain usable. You can change the permission later in iOS Settings.

Zomroll also enables Apple's SKAdNetwork attribution, which is designed for privacy-preserving install and conversion measurement. Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy and Apple's User Privacy and Data Use guidance.

6. When information is shared

Apple: StoreKit handles payment, renewal, subscription management, and verified transaction information. Screen Time and Family Controls features are provided through Apple system frameworks.
Meta: Receives the advertising measurement and technical information described above.
Service providers: May process limited information to host the website, deliver email, or support business operations under appropriate restrictions.
Legal and safety: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business changes: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on where you live, disclosure to Meta for cross-context advertising measurement may be treated as "sharing" or targeted advertising under local law. You can decline ATT permission and contact us about applicable rights.

7. Legal bases where applicable

Depending on your location, we process information because it is necessary to provide features you request, because we have legitimate interests in operating and improving Zomroll, because you consented (including through ATT where required), or because processing is necessary to comply with law. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

8. Retention and deletion

Local Zomroll data remains on your device until it is removed through app controls, replaced by newer local records, or deleted with the app, subject to iOS backup and system behavior. Apple and Meta retain information according to their own policies. We retain support communications only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, keep necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Because Zomroll has no user account or cloud Screen Time database, we may not be able to identify or delete information that exists only on your device. Deleting Zomroll removes its local app container in the ordinary course of iOS operation.

9. Your controls and rights

Manage Screen Time, Family Controls, notifications, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.
Delete local Zomroll data by deleting the app, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.
Decline ATT tracking without losing Zomroll's core functionality.
Depending on your location, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection for personal information we control, and appeal or complain to a privacy regulator.

10. Children

Zomroll is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Additional age or parental-consent rules may apply in some regions.

11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Apple, Meta, and other providers may process information in countries other than your own, using safeguards required by applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in Zomroll, third-party services, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
