We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Email support@zomroll.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, Zomroll version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but never send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.
Quick checks
- Humanity or Stats are unavailable: Make sure Screen Time access is enabled for Zomroll. Protected results can take a moment to appear, and missing days are shown as missing rather than as zero.
- Quarantine will not start: Confirm Screen Time access is granted and choose at least one app or category. Zomroll cannot begin a blocking session without a valid selection.
- A Protocol will not enable: Review the rule's schedule, usage limit, or Pomodoro settings and its selected apps. iOS limits the number of active monitoring schedules; Zomroll will show an error instead of silently replacing an active rule.
- Notifications are missing: Open iOS Settings, find Zomroll, and confirm notifications are allowed. Then review warning checkpoints and Daily Report time inside Zomroll Settings.
- Premium is not recognized: Check your internet connection, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, then use Restore Purchases on the paywall.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a day show no data?
Apple only makes protected Screen Time results available through its system frameworks and available history can vary. Zomroll keeps missing coverage visibly missing; it does not assume that you used your phone for zero minutes.
How does my mascot change?
Your daily Screen Time lowers Humanity from 100 toward 0. The visible ranges are Survivor (76–100), Human (51–75), Infected (26–50), and Zombie (0–25). Eligible mission bonuses can help before the eight-hour cutoff; at eight hours or more, Humanity is zero.
How do I stop an active Quarantine?
Open Zomroll, return to Quarantine, and choose Exit Quarantine. A timed session also ends through Apple's Device Activity system when its configured duration expires.
I changed iPhones. Do I need to pay again?
No. Sign in with the same Apple Account and use Restore Purchases. Your subscription is managed by Apple. Zomroll is account-free and does not cloud-sync local missions, history, or settings between devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account name, choose Subscriptions, then select Zomroll. Apple controls cancellations, billing, renewal dates, and refund decisions.
Do I have to allow ad tracking?
No. Ad measurement permission is optional. Declining it does not remove Zomroll's core features. You can review or change the setting in iOS Privacy & Security settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How should I report a bug?
Email your device model, iOS version, Zomroll version, what you expected, what happened, and steps that reproduce it. Include a screenshot or screen recording if it is safe to share.
Privacy and deletion help
Zomroll has no user account or cloud Screen Time database. Most app data is stored locally and is removed in the ordinary course when you delete the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. For a privacy question, support email record request, or applicable rights request, contact support@zomroll.com.
